Referral Program terms
This promotional incentive (the “Promotion”) is available from June 1, 2023 at 12:01 am ET to August 31, 2023 at 11:59 pm ET (the “Promotion Period”). Only Jobber users in Austin, Texas with an eligible active subscription are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
The referrer and referee will each receive the standard referral reward if the referee (new user) subscribes to a Jobber Lite, Core, Connect, or Grow plan through the existing user’s referral link. Eligible referrers and referees who qualify for the standard referral reward that pay via desktop are eligible for two free months of credit toward their Jobber subscription. Eligible referrers and referees who qualify for the standard referral reward that pay through their mobile device, as well as all non-account owners, are eligible for one digital VISA prepaid card valued at $100 USD for each successful referral.
During the Promotion Period, the referrer will also receive a Jobber mystery box on their first successfully converted referral (i.e. when the referee subscribes to a Jobber Lite, Core, Connect, or Grow plan). Additionally, the referrer will receive a Yeti cooler on their third successfully converted referral. For the referrer to be eligible for these bonus rewards, the referees must subscribe to a Jobber Lite, Core, Connect, or Grow plan during the Promotion Period. Previously converted referrals will not be considered towards this promotional incentive. Referrers are not permitted to refer themselves, their immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household to win the bonus prizes. Limit of one Jobber mystery box and one Yeti cooler per referrer, while supplies last.
We will notify eligible Jobber users by way of an email sent to the email address they have provided to us after the qualifying criteria has been fulfilled and they have qualified for the bonus rewards described above. The bonus reward will be sent up to 60 days after eligible users have qualified for the rewards. These rewards will be fulfilled by Jobber and sent by mail to the business billing address associated with the referrer’s Jobber account. Jobber reserves the right to substitute a reward with an offer of equal value, but is not obligated to do so. We are not responsible for any failure, malfunction, or defect in the reward itself, nor for any services related to it. All rewards are provided as-is. Any complaint, enquiry, or communication related to any failure, malfunction or defect in the reward, as well as any services related to it, should be addressed directly to the reward’s manufacturer. This Promotion is in no way affiliated with VISA or Yeti, and use of any gift cards or rewards provided to eligible recipients remains subject to their applicable terms and conditions. For clarity, if you subscribe for a month-to-month plan, the Offer will apply for the first 3 months (at a 30% discount); if you sign up for an annual plan, the Offer will apply for the first 12 months of the first year of your subscription (at a 20% discount). Offer valid for a limited time only. To receive the Offer, you must subscribe to one of the eligible Jobber plans listed below before July 26, 2023 at 11:59PM CT. If you sign up during a free 14 day trial period, you will not receive the remainder of the free trial and you will be automatically charged at the then-current fee for the service(s) you’ve selected beginning on the date of subscription less any applicable discounts, unless canceled in accordance with their terms, as applicable. If you add or remove services, your services fee will be adjusted accordingly.
Eligibility and Exclusions: If you are currently a Jobber customer, you are not eligible for the Offer. Jobber customer means any individual or entity who pays or paid (as the case may be) for any Jobber products. Service providers must sign up on a Core, Connect, or Grow plan to be eligible for the Offer.
