Jobber Once Again Named a Category Leader in Field Service Management Software Review

September 12, 2017, Edmonton, Alberta – Canadian software company Jobber has once again been identified as a top-ranked field service software product, this time from GetApp’s quarterly Field Service Management (FSM) Category Leaders Q3 2017.

The ranking showcases the top 25 Field Service Management (FSM) apps based in the cloud, and each vendor is scored using five evaluation criteria, worth 20 points each, for a total possible score out of 100. These factors include user reviews, integrations, mobile app availability, media presence, and security. Each app’s score is independent of commercial interests and existing relationships that GetApp has with app vendors.

“The ranking and scoring methodology ensure complete impartiality and independence from any relationships that GetApp has with app vendors,” says GetApp.

This most recent placement as a category leader in the FSM space comes on the heels of Jobber finishing with the highest cumulative score in SoftwareAdvice.com’s prestigious “FrontRunners for Field Service” evaluation for 2017. Jobber received the highest combined score for value and capability finishing ahead of over 400 software products for field service businesses.

The GetApp ranking serves as a point of reference for small service businesses, highlighting key factors that they should look at when assessing which field service management tool is right for their business. These factors include user perception (reviews), compatibility (integrations and mobile compatibility), market presence (media presence), and security features (security).

Sam Pillar, CEO of Jobber, says the FSM Category Leader’s report “is extremely valuable for service businesses to help them evaluate the tools that dramatically improve their efficiency, increase their responsiveness, and ultimately deliver the best possible service their clients. Being named a Category Leader for FSM provides additional affirmation that we are executing on our mission to help small service businesses succeed.” The GetApp FSM Category Leaders Report “delivers tremendous insight for service businesses due to the independent, impartial nature of the ranking and scoring methodology.
