TORONTO – April 16, 2021 – Jobber, the leading provider of home service management software, today announced that it has been named as one of best workplace in Canada by the Great Place to Work® Institute. Companies are ranked on the annual list based on the experience and sentiment of their employees. This year, a total of 82,000 employees were surveyed on their companies’ performance across five trust-building dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

“Our people set the foundation for Jobber’s success and are the reason we’re able to help more than 100,000 home service professionals be more successful,” said Sam Pillar, CEO & Co-founder at Jobber. “Being recognized as one of the best workplace in Canada by Great Place to Work confirms that when humble, supportive people who care deeply about small businesses work together towards a common goal, we can accomplish great things.”

“Maintaining a strong company culture at scale, particularly in the middle of a pandemic, is a challenge we’ve tackled head-on,” said Sara Cooper, Chief People Officer at Jobber. “At Jobber, we’re committed to applying direct feedback from employees and focus on activities that can strengthen connections between peers day-to-day. Company culture is not a static thing, but rather something that grows and evolves as a company does.”
